For those in favor of taking a dumpy corner of main st and building the new CVS on it. Let's face it downtown doesn't look great and businesses aren't exactly jumping at the chance to move into town. About 80% of the new plan is already in a commercial zone and the part that is residential covers two houses both of which are willing to sell them to CVS. The new CVS would even go right up to high st so there's only one house that is even slightly affected by it. But the lot is literally next to the old Santander bank and Mexicali with lots of other dumpy buildings right across the st.

I'm all in favor of this, who else is too?
