- Speeding vehicular traffic 7 days a week all hours of the day to and from Chamlian Armenian School via cul de sac entrance on 3800 block of Second Ave. La Crescenta, CA 91214 is a hazard to residents, children and pets.
- Over 200 Students & respective parents must walk down the middle of the street 4 & 5 abreast between 3-4 PM since there are no sidewalks.
- Many parents picking up their children between 3-4 PM drive up the cul de sac increasing the difficulty of residents getting in and during those pick-up times.
- First responders would find it difficult to aid the elderly.
