In today's world when we are thinking about getting a place at the best of IITs and I IMs, it is immensely disheartening to see that millions of children in India are not getting the right to quality education, that our government schools should have provided them. This section of the population belongs to the lowest socio economic status. Thus they do not get an opportunity to study in private schools.Hence they suffer all through their life. The government schools, which are given the responsibility of educating these tender minds are mostly provided with infrastructure as well as pay the best of salaries to the government teachers. However these schools lack the will and dedication towards educating children with sincerity.I candidly state that there is a drastic difference in the standard of teaching between private and government schools in India. Today when I see my maid's children going to class 8 and still not able to understand, spell and write basic words, I am totally disheartened and shattered. When I come to think of their future I tremble with fear and hopelessness.Being a teacher of a private school I am also a stakeholder in the lives of these little kids I do feel that I have a responsibility towards these little buds which will be blooming tomorrow. There is no substitute for right education .Can these schools provide a substantial remuneration for ruining the future of these millions of children. Thus here I stand to ask for views so that my voice is heard . Kindly sign my petition today and forward it to all those you know.Thank You
