The recent and current work environment at Stillwater Buffalo Wild Wings has been unhealthy. We feel that manager, Shay Bode's actions and behaviors have contributed greatly to employee moral and general workplace quality and productivity declining. Employees are considering leaving this job because of Shay's actions and behaviors. This petition is an attempt to fix the issues at hand so we may continue to work for Buffalo Wild Wings contently.
