Residence of St. Ann's and Cascade community, quality of life has been affected by the enormous amount of traffic caused by Bishops Jr School during the school term. Residence are spending over an hour in traffic to get out of St. Ann's and Cascade due to the pick up and drop off model used by the administration of the school. Families and Taxi Drivers are quite frustrated with the situation as it has affected the times people need to leave home to get to work, school and other destinations on time. It has also affected the ability to access public transport at peak hours which has affected the income ability of taxi drivers operating that route. Upper St. Ann's where is school is located is only one way in and out way out.

The community is asking for the involvement of the Ministry of Works and Transport Traffic Division as well as the Ministry of Education to consider the traffic situation and the placement of the school and develop a solution to the traffic situation.
