With the Cubs in rebuilding mode, it is important to have a manager who knows what he is doing and able to form a strong core of players. The Cubs unfortunately, have Dale Sveum as their manager. Sveum not only can't win, but he also does not know how to coach the younger players such as Starlin Castro and Anthony Rizzo. Sveum recently made comments suggesting that Castro and Rizzo be demoted to AAA to learn how to play baseball. Sveum is the highest ranking coach in the Cubs system, but yet he wants to demote their two best players to learn from someone else? Dale's win percentage also ranks among the worst in Cubs history. His .377% is one of the lowest in Cubs history. Simply put, Sveum can't coach and can't win. It is time for the Cubs to move on to someone who can teach the youth and form our Championship team the Cubs fans deserve.
