This bill allows criminals to get out of prison by earning up to 5 days per month off.(20% less time served) It allows rapists and murders to get back out on the street sooner. It undermines the victims right to Justice. In Ct. criminals plead under the Alfred Doctrin and recieve reduced sentence all ready, so why should they be able to earn less time off then they all ready recieved? Stop this bill and make law makers punish those criminals rather then rewarding criminals.
