As stated on the crunch.com home page "No judgments means room for everyone, regardless of shape, size, age, race, gender or fitness level. No matter your workout of choice, we want you to feel good while reaching your goals."

Many Crunch Fitness employees take pride in the diversity in which Crunch Fitness has represented previously. The current issue that we would like to be addressed is the lack of marketing and representation of support as an ally of the Black Community. Crunch as a collective has been both quiet and vague about current events and supporting our black members and team members. It is not enough to say that we believe in equality without any other action. We must condemn racism, we must support the Black Community, and we must strive to have the safest environment for all people. 

To rectify this current issue we expect to see marketing and media around support of the Black Community. This can be done by: highlighting black employees and members stating that we stand by them, promoting crunches culturally diverse dance classes while appreciating the community of origin, and condemning racism showing that we support a safe space for all. As a collective we must do better to further support equality.
