THEIR SENTENCE IS TOO LENIENT! ARTHUR IS WORTH SO MUCH  MORE!

During the 2020 lockdown, little Arthur Labinjo- Hughes, who was only 5 at the time and under the sole care of his father Thomas Hughes, was forced to move into the home of Thomas Hughes's partner, Emma Tustin. During his short time at her home, he was tortured repeatedly at the hands of both Thomas and Emma. 

Little blue eyed Arthur was made to sleep on the cold hard floor with no mattress. Day after day he was forced to stand facing a wall for as long as 14 hours at a time without being allowed to sit down. He was isolated from other people, poisoned with salt and starved of food and water in his final months before Emma's fatal attack on him where she banged his head repeatedly against a hard surface.

On June 16 2020, CCTV footage showed a fragile, skeletal little boy, waking up on the living room floor, battling to muster the strength to walk or carry his duvet. He was heard to be crying out in obvious pain "No one loves me!!" These cries fell on deaf ears. Later that same day, Emma smashed the youngster's head against a hard surface causing him to collapse after a text from Thomas encouraged her to "Just end him".

While his motionless, little 6 year old body lay in her hallway, she called the "balloon lady" regarding balloons for her birthday. 12 minutes passed before she called 999 and then lied and said he had done this to himself and that he had tried to attack her. CCTV footage shows her carrying his limp body to various locations of the house so that it could look like an accident.

He died in hospital the next day from a "head trauma inflicted on him by an adult" consistent with being "vigorously shaken and his head banged repeatedly against a hard surface". Arthur's frail and skeletal body was covered with 130 bruises and he suffered 93 different areas of injury - including on his head, arms, legs, feet and torso. His death followed a sadistic “campaign of cruelty” carried out by these monsters.

Little Arthur died thinking that no one loved him. And he was right. They didn't.

On Friday 3 December 2021, Emma was sentenced to 29 years in jail for murder and Thomas was sentenced to 21 years for manslaughter.

THIS IS NOT ENOUGH!

They are still young. They will be able to still live a life when they get out. What life does Arthur get to live?
