As a long standing Sharks fan I am embarrassed to share the title of ‘A Sharks Fan’ with our Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison and appalled at the tardiness of action he displayed during the devastating bushfires across our country, coupled with his self gratifying attempts to show empathy to those affected. 

I feel as though his Sharks membership should be revoked - hit him where it hurts. Seeing this man at Sharks games this year is sure to be an upsetting reminder to me and other fans of his inaction during a time that should be an enjoyable refuge from the recent devastation. As a fan of a team game this man has been nothing of the sort of a team player or leader for our country, (please see in recent news his attempts to save himself by throwing our state leaders under the bus, when they were the ones on the ground while his head was up in the clouds holidaying in Hawaii).

Refuse to acknowledge the backlash from climate change inaction, Prime Minister Scott Morrison? Well we refuse to acknowledge you as a Sharks Supporter.
