Dear CRM Student Accommodation,

PLEASE LOWER OR REFUND STUDENTS IN YOUR ACCOMMODATIONS

Financially, this year has been very difficult for us all,a lot of student are finding it hard to pay off fees and make ends meet.Many accommodations have taken their tenants financial status and mental health into consideration and have  lowered their prices,is this your way of saying you don’t care about either of those?

Tenants at your accommodations have been complaining about its prices and living conditions  as a whole, How are you comfortable with charging students that aren’t even on the premises and haven’t been for some time due to Covid, students with no sort of employment? Imagine the stress that a lot of students are under because of school alone and the lack of employment now your forcing them to pay off such high fees in the up and coming days while they watch other accommodations give their tenants discounts and leeway.

Once again I ask that you give tenants a refund or some sort of discount,RIGHT NOW ITS HARD FOR  US ALL.
