We the people demand the immediate regulation of online laugh reactions. Laugh reactions have been appropriated by extremists to dehumanize people on social media. Serious and sometimes life threatening public posts are met with streams of laugh reactions that undermines the feelings of the people affected. Furthermore, laugh reacting should be treated as harassment and a Class A felony.
