This Property Millionaire Academy has spent many years operating as a property investor coach charging property hopefuls thousands of pounds and not delivering  value as described. The owner had a history of requesting loans totalling hundreds and thousands of pounds under the guise of “joint ventures” and instead of returning growth on investor funds simply used the money for his lavish lifestyle. He then chose to not pay back the investors any of their money that was secured with contracts that he ignored.  Over the last 5 years he has created debts to over 30 creditors, yet owned and lived in multi-million pound properties, managing a fleet of prestige cars. This man has ruined many people’s lives including my close friend who is owed over £300k and has not received a single penny.

This man has even spent the last 2 years avoiding a bankruptcy petition with excuses over a divorce settlement to claim he had the money tied up. However he has chosen to ignore paying anything to the mounting number of creditors who he owes in excess of £5 million. In February 2021 he was finally made bankrupt to the pleasure of his creditors. The problem now is that he continues to target loans from individuals in the £ thousands that he will never pay back.

By signing this petition you can help to raise awareness for unsuspecting victims who can avoid being taken in by this individual’s deeds and saved from financial ruin. Please sign to support the drive to have him legally prevented from accepting funds for property course advice or joint ventures with him or any one associated with him.

This man and his new wife are intent on drawing attention away from themselves by claiming harassment charges against a journalist that helped the long list of creditors achieve success in bringing about the bankruptcy petition. This is to allow them to continue marketing against what they describe as a smear campaign aimed at them.

This petition is to help stop any attempt to solicit the life savings of private individuals whilst making the behaviour of such property gurus publicly known.
