This is long over due struggle. Two classes of people constitute the most numerous and populous population of a country like Nigeria; the Youths and the Women. If the Lagos State Government can create Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation Department and Ministry at both Local and State Government respectively, WHY can't they Create the long over due Department of Youths & Students Affairs at the Local Government/Local Development.
