Petition update

It's About to Get Wayward!

Riley Brennan On Behalf of Wayward Daughters
United States

Feb 2, 2016 — Hey gang—we haven't updated you in awhile, but here we are at the precipice of something major! Supernatural has brought back three out of our four Wayward women for an episode—and that's pretty amazing.

We may not have the potential to create a spin-off, but we do have the potential to send The CW and Supernatural producers a message about their treatment of women and female characters.

Tomorrow night (Wednesday, February 3rd) will be the premiere of episode 12—Don't You Forget About Me. We're going to try to get #WaywardDaughters trending, so if you use social media, be sure to use both that and the #Supernatural tag for maximum impact.

Also, we've started a Thunderclap (basically a social media flashmob) that will go out right when the West coast airing starts. If you choose to participate, you'll be one of hundreds of people sending out the same supportive message all at the same time. We have the potential to reach half a million people with this one tweet or post! If you'd like more information on how to participate (or what a Thunderclap is), visit this page: https://www.thunderclap.it/projects/37231-wayward-daughters-appreciation?locale=en

As always, thanks for everything you do in support of this campaign. Our ladies might never have been brought back to the screen if not for you guys.
