Louisiana Tech has a lack of accessibility for those who are handicapped or disabled. This petition's purpose is to be used to create a new board/council for handicapped services at LA Tech. This board will handle the funding necessary and oversee the construction of new ramps, elevators, automatic doors, and larger spaces in classrooms and bathrooms. This will make it much easier for our handicapped students to get around campus and enjoy their college life.
