Help save Thomas Harrison’s garden shed, The shed was erected to house his mobility scooter and gardening materials to the rear of his house. Nancy, thomas’s wife called Craven District Councils planning department beforehand to check that they were able to do this without planning permission. This was approximately two years ago. The council do not remember the call and have told them that the shed has to be taken down. The shed is located in his garden, behind the house.

The shed was purposely build to allow access for Thomas’s mobility scooter, which gives him his independence. His scooter allows him to get around the village due to his limited ability and has given him a new lease of life.

Please sign this petition to help us fight this unreasonable request from Craven District Councils Planning Department to take his garden shed down.
