PC Bailey currently serves the following villages in Eastern Bassetlaw: Normanton-On-Trent, Low & High Marnham, Skegby, Tuxford, East Markham, West Markham, Bevercotes, Haughton, Milton, Markham Moor, Rockley, West Drayton, Elkesley, Upper Morton, Gamston, Askham, Darlton, Ragnall, Dunham-On-Trent, Church Laneham, Laneham, Headon-Cum-Upton, Stokeham, Eaton, Woodbeck, Grove, Rampton, Treswell, Cottam, Bothamsall, South & North Leverton, Littleborough, Fenton, Habblesthorpe, Clayworth, North & South Wheatley, Sturton-Le-Steeple, Drakeholes & Bole. We, the undersigned, are concerned, and fearful citizens who feel sidelined in these rural communities and we urge Craig Guildford, Paddy Tipping, Andy Rooke to act now to ensure that we have a dedicated police officer for our rural communities and a commitment to replace PC Bailey upon his retirement, with a full police constable and not to rely solely on Special Constables or PSCO's when PC Bailey Retires. We also ask that the area is not merged with a neighbouring Police Constables Patch as this will only reduce the availability of police coverage, we ask that PC Bailey's Current Area is maintained and covered by a replacement Full Police Constable.
