Please do not separate me from my Father

I live with my father who is a hard-working man, he was taken by an immigration official on January 30, 2018. My father was on his way to work, the officials were looking for a man who had a DUI but while looking for this individual who happens to live in the same building they saw my father leaving the building and they took him. He has no criminal record, never got in trouble with the law. He obeyed the laws of the United States of America, he is an undocumented man who came here to seek a better life.
I am very upset with ways the laws work because they capture the guy. He was detained and he got a hearing before my father and he is already out while my father still waiting for a hearing in the pike county correctional facility. I keep seeing the injustice happening over and over while the President keeps making promises to send back the people who come and break the laws or have criminal records the opposite keeps happening. My father has been in the United States for 15 years never got in trouble, he is a man who just goes to work and back home. While people who are also undocumented and commit crimes or drive while under influence get free passes.
I am asking to sing this petition to contact this judge office. And ask to please give my dad a hearing. My dad name is Francisco Grande from El Salvador and let me tell you he is not an animal, he ran away from our country because of gangs like MS 13 making life harder, threatening with murder and hurting family members just to join the gang. The judge Name is Craig A Harlow from Texas. My dad is a good man who did not understand immigration laws when he arrived in the United States but is a good person. He works hard to support me. If he is sent back to El Salvador I will be separate from my father. Please help me sing this petition and I hope this will help them for immigration to reconsider and look into his case
