My ex partner asaaluted me after a brief confrontation over ash on his,window and me asking if it was his boyfriend's as is sexually had been an issue for some time ...with in seconds I was head butted and punched several times in front of our 10 yr old daughter .drink was involved and drugs which wasnt mentioned in crown nor the reason he attacked me.ive been left with permanent nerve damage and my daughter who was also assaulted that night by trying to give me cpr was cut in the attack ...he walked free from court and wasnt given a,sentence as,such but porbation even with his record ...Iam appealing this because justice hasnt been served and lies and infornation wasn't mentioned by cps at  crown ...he walks and we suffer a life sentence by this vile man
