Regret to inform that “We” (Referred to Signed Participant as attached) are hereby to joint issuing a
formal written complaints on protest to the above.
It was happen due to consistent and continuous misconduct by SCM Nadia towards our team which
truly demotivate the whole Setapak branch team and affecting the whole team performance. This lead
to Physical and Mental stress illness to us which the SCM did not shown any improvement toward our
verbal protests and complaints to her from previous months.
She did not performed as true leader where with Rudeness and Strong Rejection towards any complaint
against her in response to it, she turned negative minded action towards all of us. The Bad attitude from
her toward us especially not being rational and emotional on each instruction made by her. She tends to
yell towards us and practicing punishment without any proper conduct to each issue happen at this
branch.
She also not able to conduct her role in professional ethics where she cross the line by getting
unauthorized access toward our personal information and belonging.. She also bring the anger towards
daily operation by insulting any person in front of another staff at her need.
We would like to impress and list out her common misconduct and unnecessary pressure towards our
team such as below;
1 - SCM Nadia failed to promote a good workplace and she did micro managed on each daily routine of
staff and zero trust to whole team to ask every proof and reporting of all deliverable, This undesirable
wasting our energy and consume lots of time to fulfil her trust issue.
2- SCM Nadia failed to introduce work life balance to our team . A great example that she instruct us to
utilize our personal media social platform as medium to promote our marketing which is abusing andaffect our personal life work life balance. She did even request for daily proof by making sure we are
posting all those promoting in our personal life. She always force us to work beyond working hour even
rest day without any respect to ask for non critical item. She ask us to work and did not accept any
excuses even we are sick and unwell to perform our duties.
3- SCM Nadia failed to hold her professional by frequently condemn CM in front of their Cody where
she thought she is always right and all CM did not performed their task efficiently. CM tends to
demotivated and stressful when the superior tarnish their performance to sub coordinate.
4- SCM Nadia failed to play the role in teamwork. She did not listen to other opinion and use her
position to instruct us in rude way to force us to accept on every instruction made by her. She did not
really understand on the issue and keep diverting the issues without giving any solution to resolve it
permanently.
5- SCM Nadia failed to delegate our task on not able to provide a clear milestone to us. She tend to give
most ad-hoc instruction which totally affect our routine task to achieve her needs.
6- SCM Nadia failed to give clear objective on every instruction to us to promote an effective response
from team. Without clear direction, everything turned to Chaos and not as per her expectation. Giving
example on routine meeting held, this issue lead to a lengthy meeting without discussing and killing the
root cause, so the issue remains unresolved and refuse to closed the issue at first.
7- SCM Nadia admitted that she is not fit to take any pressure due to her health condition so being
emotional and bossy was preferred by her toward us. She cannot afford to have any complaint and
expecting perfection toward customer service which we must expect a complaint and improve our
service. She failed to determine the objective of tag management instead treating to be a serious
complaint.
We had made our decision to request to Management of Coway to consider our complaint towards her
position to help us to improve our daily performance by replacing our SCM to another SCM that able to
really play a leader position and hold the most importance responsibility at this branch. We are glad to
have any further clarification to Management if required to proof our understanding on this. We
promised a better performance to be a team of Champion for Setapak Branch.
