Adhaar and pan should also be a search criteria in e-courts. Adhaar card and pan card to be taken from all petitioners in court same with the csr and fir in police station. Name should be based on aadhar so that it's easy to filter This will help the common man to find the background of the accused. Most of the time the petitioner himself troubles the common man with various charges demanding ransom. 

Some accused trouble the common people with court cases just demanding for money. Most victims yield and pay them money. In my case I want to fight back with such criminals who have stolen my documents and demanding money for that. When I checked the court cases, I found that people can write the petitioner name with initial, or without initial..surname in the beginning or end. This makes it difficult to search their previous history. I went to police though this is a criminal case,  the accused has made it as civil and prolonging to trouble..if we have their background, it will be easy.
