There is a deep rooted problem in the justice system pertaining to the rights of domestic abuse survivors. This includes : sexual assault by a an intimate partner. Victims with real stories about their abuse are being exposed to their abusers in court while the abuser man or female , is allowed to continue that abuse through their attorney or the judge. 

I myself, a victim of domestic abuse has had rights violated by a female judge while my abuser was patted on the back. This is a growing issue that is leading to more abuse. My abuser sexually assaulted me on multiple occasions in front of our son. 

I feel it’s time for a change in this area. Women and men are being humiliated in the court systems daily as a result of an abuser. These abusers are Narcissistic and at times sociopaths. If something is not done in this area , domestic abuse will continue leading to more deaths. 

This is an issue that involves the court systems as well as other organizations. These institutions are allowing for abusers to look stable as their victims appear unhinged and unstable. It is time this stops and victims voices are heard. The more we ignore this as a society , the more it grows. Please help me in making a change, not only for myself but for the millions out there suffering daily.
