For several years, Course Hero (www.coursehero.com has been a great employer for thousands of tutors. Despite always favoring students over tutors, they have treated tutors with dignity, offering support when needed, and even issuing fair warnings to tutors who violate the integrity and "honor code" established in their term of service. However, in the last two months, this has drastically changed, with the tutors being treated as trash.

They are now closing tutor accounts for no apparent reason. Furthermore, they close our accounts with large sums of money and no way for us to withdraw our hard-earned funds. Tutors must be very careful to provide precise answers according to the given instructions in order to maintain a good rating on the tutor dashboard. If you fail to do so, the students will give you an unhelpful rating, putting you in hot water with the moderators. This indicates how much effort the tutors must put in to earn money on the platform. It's excruciating to watch such hard-earned money vanish into thin air in microseconds, into the pockets of greedy support who have become obnoxious and callous. Tutors are loosing as much as $1500. The beginning of the low season has rendered the support idle therefore they play with tutor's future to keep themselves busy. This has to STOP!

WE THEREFORE DEMAND OUR RIGHTS. To Course HERO (CEO Andrew Grauer or Anyone Responsible) we demand the following 5 conditions:

1. No closing tutor accounts without any reason at all. If there is any reason to close the accounts let the tutors know. 
2. Pay the tutors in the event that their accounts are closed. Whether you have a 'valid' or 'invalid' reason to close the accounts, pay for the sweats of the tutors. We are not asking for favors or donations, we are just asking you to pay money we have worked for!
3. Fire the rude support and Moderators!
4. REOPEN THE CLOSED ACCOUNTS AND LET TUTORS WITHDRAW THEIR MONEY.
5. Pay Our Money!

We would not want the students to know that you don't pay us whereas they pay you!
