There was another court date recently for the man who killed Shina. The judge is recommending a 3-9 year sentence to the man that killed her, which means he
will serve only THREE YEARS guaranteed for DRIVING DOWN THE WRONG SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY. THREE TIMES INTOXICATED OVER THE LEGAL DRINKING LIMIT AND HITTING HER CAR HEAD ON KILLING HER INSTANTLY WHILE KENNEDY(daughter) AND INDYA (niece) WATCHED THIS HAPPEN. TWO DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS. Have that short of a  sentence is an absolute disgrace to Shina’s life,
Kennedy, Indya and the entire community that loved her. With signing the  petition, we are asking the Supreme and County court of Westchester County for a harsher sentence. Due to the violent manner of the crime committed, the life that Kennedy and Indya will now have without a mother and aunt no longer here. We want justice for our loved one Shina McClam.
