Our second amendment rights are being infringed upon. I am all for keeping guns out of the hands of criminals, but to cause harm to law abiding citizens rights should not be effected as such. People are given the right to go and say whatever to authorities so they can claim red flag and remove peoples guns without due process. In American we are innocent until proven guilty in court of law. Now they wanna take weapons just by a word of maybe a angry neighborhood cause your lawn looks better or simply speaking your mind standing up for your rights. They only have to go fill out paperwork for red flag. If judge sees fit they honor it. By my past experience, a four month old Facebook post got my rights taken away in the court of law when I was the victim in the case. I’m sorry I’ve seen first hand how the ay at em works and it’s not by no means for the innocent. So I urge you to think about supporting our county becoming 2A sanctuary to show we can stand our grounds against the ones wanting to infringe upon our Constitution! Thank you and God bless us all...
