Too many pets are being poisoned by this way 

It's time councils were made to warn animal owners when they have set poisons for rats and other vermin so pet owners are aware and can take make the necessary actions to protect their pets 

Signs on lamp posts, letter to those in the area  

It's heart breaking when you lose a family member and the suffering they go through when being poisoned
