Cllr Riley said, and I quote: "During lockdown and the following weeks there's obviously been an increase in reckless driving but we can't put traffic calming measures in every street in the borough."

THAT'S NOT GOOD ENOUGH. 

Multiple accidents, drivers speeding, people parking on double yellow lines, blocking driveways/paths and other problems surrounding the street. It shouldn't take a serious accident or someone being injured for the council to listen.

We either need speed cameras, bumps or the road closing at one end (either near the church or at the corner of Robert St). Most people in Blackburn KNOW Mosley St is used as a "through road" and is very busy all day and night.
