Liverpool city council to improve the cities streets of dog mess
Dog mess is the most unacceptable and offensive type of litter on our streets. dog fouling is a BIG issue and the people of Liverpool are fed up and at breaking point with the lack of disrespect dog owners are having on our streets.
Dog fouling is currently out of control in the city with it being seen within five feet down one single road, or footpath. Its seen consistently outside school gates, peoples driveways, public foot paths, children's play areas and parks. so much so its taking dog owners to carry torches, walking their dog on the dark nights to ensure they don't step or slip in it.
Whilst myself and amajority of responsible dog owners are caring and respectful, the'res still too many people who do not clean up after their dogs. Liverpool city council are not doing enough to combat this or fine the owners who don't pick up.The public streets of Liverpool is not a public toilet for Dogs
