Shire of Harvey TP12 establishes an 18 hole international standard golf course and clubhouse to be built and maintained by the owner / developer - it is currently closed, there is only 9 holes, no Clubhouse and it is full of weeds and becoming a fire hazard.  Hundreds of people paid a premium to buy land and houses in a 'golf course estate' that is no longer a 'golf course estate'!  How is that fair?  Peppertree Lakes Stage 1 Community Association is the Community Group with the rights to fight for it to be re-opened.  The signer of this petition is an aggrieved person for the purposes of section 211 of the Planning and Development Act and demands that the matter is referred to SAT by Minister Saffioti for resolution on the basis that TPS 12 has not been enforced by the Shire, where is the promised school for example, plus above breaches?  The Mayor should also be an aggrieved person under section 211 and ask the Minister to refer to SAT.
