We, the undersigned, are opposed to rezoning location 2804 Smith Springs Rd. (next to Compton’s Grocery) case # 2021SP-032-001 for the purpose of building
74 multi-family residential units, as being requested by Civil Design Consultants, LLC, Jared R. Gray. We are opposed to the proposal made by Council
representative, Delishia Porterfield for District 29, for 16 attached and 58 detached residential homes located at 2804 Smith Springs Rd. (next to Compton’s
Grocery). We have been and still are opposed to ANY RESIDENTIAL development on this parcel of land.
