KHALID TABIDI started this petition to Council of the European Union and

Mohammad Hamdan Daglo (Hemaideti), vice-president of the military junta that governs Sudan illegally, and the leader of the Janjaweed militias (later known as the Rapid Support Forces) which has a horrendous history of human rights violations in Darfur, is currently committing similar violations (murder, beating, rape, burning) in Khartoum and other Sudanese cities. Hemaideti had previously declared that he has GOT relations and interests with the European Union (the fight against immigration to Europe across the border with Libya) and these relations prevented him from supporting the deposed President Bashir by using violence against the demonstrators. Any observer can conclude that Hemaideti found a green light by the European Union for what he is currently doing Unless the European Union takes a strong stand against him not only with statements of condemnation but also by declaring him a criminal and halting financial dealings with the Sudanese army and any other militia in Sudan except through a civilian government representing the people of Sudan and its revolution, otherwise the European Union will be considered as a partner in crime.
