During current COVID lock down in EU, temporary residents appeared to be locked in their contries of temporary residence. Where permanent residents are allowed to enter, travel and do not pass quarantine, permanent residents or people with work visas appeared to be completely ignored. You can't normally leave the country nor to see your family, nor to fix your documents. People have legal right to work, pay taxes, but are not treated the same as others. Latest changes in enrty instructions also splet people by nationality, if you are temporary resident, you can't enter without quarantine, coming from some countries, where citizens, permanent residents can enter. Does COVID care of your nationality or type if visa? This petition is raised to force EU governement to pay attention to the human rights and needs of migrants, and stop discrimination by nationality and type of residence during COVID lock down. Please allow temporary residents and people with visas to have the same rights for quarantine requirements and entry criteria. We are much needed, when workers are required, but our needs are ignored when it comes to quarantine requirements.
