People are getting abuses by walking through past thel by the  through an error on the Council behalf however   is abusing this an intimidating anyone that walks  causing no harm to the environment or property at all. It is a very popular walking area for anger  sports and recreation teams.  have recently as witnessed by myself and others belittled ladies and turned them to tears with no care at all.  E makes the  lifes a misery and enough is enough  council needs to bring this back to a public area so tat generations can carry on enjoying the scenic and safe walk for families.  No harm is caused by anyone at all walking through there at all and forms part of the route through the botanic gardens. It is also regularly used for various local football teams many young children.  I am setting this up with a view to see how much interest it gains and another to see exactly how popular the area is with a view of approaching local authorities to get the process moving in getting this bought back for the interest of public safety and freedom.
