I have recently found out that Costa Coffee do not use dairy free chocolate powder - why? 

I have been visiting Costa Coffee for quite a long time and up until very recently, whilst travelling on the motorway in September 2019 and visiting a Costa Coffee, I have never been informed that the chocolate powder they use has dairy in it. Why has it taken so long for someone from Costa Coffee to inform me of this?

I am a Vegan so of course do not have dairy and feel very strongly about this so why are Costa Coffee using a chocolate powder with dairy in it when they offer plant milks as an alternative, they ought to be doing the same for the chocolate powder.  They could purchase a chocolate powder without dairy permanently, you do not need dairy in chocolate powder!  I have a coffee machine at home and purchase chocolate powder from the supermarket and have no problem at all finding a chocolate powder that doesn't contain milk so why is it so that Costa Coffee choose a dairy chocolate powder!

I enjoy a mocha but of course since finding out they do not serve dairy free chocolate powder I will no longer be able to have the drink of choice.

Also, on another note, what about those people that are intollerant to dairy and it makes them very ill, what choice do they have, they won't be able to have any kind of drink which contains chocolate powder either!

Come on Costa, move with the times and up your game!
