Cosmopolitan projects / Central development, they fraudulently sold us fake dreams at leopards rest security estate in Alberton, when they were selling the houses to us, they said leopards rest is a security estate but after purchasing our homes we discovered that it is registered as a township, they inflated the prices because of that false advertising and marketing.

After they sold us fake dream’s, they created a home owners association company without the owners knowledge and appointed one of their sub companies CSI to collect levies amount every month for the fake security estate and when you skip a payment for levies, they blacklist you and bring a sheriff to your house to take your furniture.

they also gave themselves voting powers in the Memorandum of incorporation so that we can’t remove them in the AGM, when we tried to remove them, they walked out of the meeting.
