The Cortland Jr. Sr. Highschool does not have an official name, which, I think, is kind of boring. If we can change the name of the school to Shiritorizawa [ShirE-ToriE-Zawa],  we can have a cool name for this school. If this school does get a name it will be easier to locate it, and to talk about it in conversation. It's much easier to talk to people when you don't have to go off topic with such a long name. More time than not, people want to have short and pleasant conversation, not wanting to go off topic because of a name or long sentence. This name also holds no previous racial or LGBTQ+ meanings as far as I have researched. Meaning that the name would be friendly for the full community.
