Catholic Charities Housing Services owns several housing complexes around the yakima and grant counties. these properties are managed by Coast Property Management from Everett WA.

one of the Regional Managers is; Vanessa Valles.

She runs the following properties;

Blessed Kateri Village, Buena Nueva, Cristo Rey, Gonzaga Townhomes, Juan Pablo ll, Mother Joseph Villa, New Life Villa, Rio De Vida, San Isidoro Plaza, Sor Juana Inez, and others.

We are a group of individuals who lived at one of these properties.

Mother Joseph Villa in Granger, WA opened back in 2015. We had one of the greatest managers Coast can have. Everything was running smooth until June of 2021. V.V-The regional manager hired one manager then fired her for no reason just because she didnt like her. she then hired another manager for this property, then fired her for no reason too. Then came the current manager; Diana Turley.

Here is Our Story:

This Regional Manager and the property manager both have been Corrupt toward all their residents. Most of Mother Joseph Villa's residents were moved in Fraudulently and Approved for by Vanessa Valles (RM) and former RM Magali who now works for Catholic Charities Housing Services.

These individuals and their staff  have discriminated several residents against their Race and Sexual Orientation targeting the LGBTQ+ Community. This has caused these affected residents to not feel safe and secure in their units at these Properties. 

These properties have Maintenance Technicians who have Sexually Harassed multiple residents at one or all of these properties. Management has been made aware of this situation and nothing has been done.

These Managers and Admins do not care about their company policies and rules that they make their own. They have been giving multiple 10-Day Notice To Comply for nothing, then have residents "pay" for these notices after statements have been sent out, made from Diana and Vanessa making them seem like a law firm was charging residents.

These Managers also falsely accuse their residents for stuff they never done. They accused two former residents/units of things and have made up false reports which caused them to proceed with an illegal eviction.

Brian, the director for Catholic Charities Housing Services was made aware of everything that has been going on with these properties and nothing has been done to help their residents with these situations. There is more than all of this going on and we need our voice heard now!

We need a new Management Company because we do not feel safe anymore with these corrupt managers. The following is a list of all Allegations against Coast Property Management, Maintenance Workers, and their Manager Diana Turley-MJV and RM-Vanessa Valles;

Mother Joseph Villa en Granger, WA, abrió sus puertas en 2015. Tuvimos uno de los mejores gerentes que Coast puede tener. Todo funcionó sin problemas hasta junio de 2021. V.V: el gerente regional contrató a un gerente y luego la despidió sin ningún motivo solo porque no le agradaba. luego contrató a otro administrador para esta propiedad y luego la despidió sin ningún motivo. Luego vino el gerente actual; Diana Turley.

Esta es nuestra historia:

Este gerente regional y el administrador de la propiedad han sido corruptos con todos sus residentes. La mayoría de los residentes de Mother Joseph Villa fueron trasladados de manera fraudulenta y aprobada por Vanessa Valles (RM) y la ex RM Magali, quien ahora trabaja para los Servicios de Vivienda de Caridades Católicas.

Estas personas y su personal han discriminado a varios residentes por motivos de raza y orientación sexual dirigidos a la comunidad LGBTQ+. Esto ha causado que estos residentes afectados no se sientan seguros en sus unidades en estas Propiedades.

Estas propiedades tienen técnicos de mantenimiento que han acosado sexualmente a varios residentes en una o todas estas propiedades. La gerencia ha sido informada de esta situación y no se ha hecho nada.

A estos gerentes y administradores no les importan las políticas y reglas de su empresa que ellos mismos crean. Han estado dando múltiples avisos de cumplimiento de 10 días sin cargo, luego hacen que los residentes "paguen" por estos avisos después de que se hayan enviado las declaraciones, hechas por Diana y Vanessa, haciéndolas parecer como si un bufete de abogados estuviera cobrando a los residentes.

Estos Gerentes también acusan falsamente a sus residentes por cosas que nunca hicieron. Acusaron a dos ex residentes/unidades de cosas y han inventado informes falsos que los llevaron a proceder con un desalojo ilegal.

Brian, el director de Servicios de Vivienda de Caridades Católicas, se enteró de todo lo que ha estado sucediendo con estas propiedades y no se ha hecho nada para ayudar a sus residentes con estas situaciones. ¡Hay más que todo esto sucediendo y necesitamos que nuestra voz se escuche ahora!

Necesitamos una nueva empresa administradora porque ya no nos sentimos seguros con estos administradores corruptos. La siguiente es una lista de todas las alegaciones contra Coast Property Management, trabajadores de mantenimiento y su gerente Diana Turley-MJV y RM-Vanessa Valles;
