Hello my name is Milgros Rivera I have been living at 565 Ashland ave Apt A Aurora Ill.60505 for almost 3 years Me and my husband Jaime Rivera by the way his is 91 years old.We rented our first apt with Sam Talibali (slumlord) was 1054 fifth st in aurora il. 60505 sam lied to us there was a zumba class below my apt so monday morning we get awakeing with loud columbia music about 8 am he never inform us of zumba class. so then he has another apt 1 bed rm also $800 a month but he forgot to tell us it was infested with roaches now the city has posted a sign the building is a unsafe structure it was posted 7/25/2022 by the city of aurora. please lets make a stand and get the slumlords out.
