NCSOFT employees or affiliates based in North America have utilized in game practices that has disrupted the fairness of Lineage 2m NA/EU.  The signatories of this petition are players that are requesting that NCSOFT take action to correct the unsportsmanlike in game behavior of their employees or affiliates. 

North American based NCSOFT employees or affiliates have recently used their association with NCSOFT to temporarily ban and disrupt gamecprogress of other player characters that side against them in the game environment.  

Additionally, NCSOFT employees and/or affiliates have pooled in-game resources awarded to them by NCSOFT through their employment or affiliation with NCSOFT into one shared character account.  This pooling of in-game employment or affiliation incentives has undermined fairness of competition in the game and we believe thst account sharing violates the Terms of Service of NCSOFT.  

We do not want to discourage NCSOFT employees or affiliates from participating in the game Lineage 2m NA/EU; however, we feel that using their association with NCSOFT to punish other players and pooling in-game incentives awarded to them through their association with NCSOFT is counter to fair practices of in-game competition.  Additionally, these actions has resulted in numerous players leaving the game and decreased the investment of in-game content by players, which will be reflected as a recent decrease of revenue that is generated by lineage 2m NA/EU players. 

We as signatories are appealing to NCSOFT to take corrective action immediately to minimize the damage these actions have had on the participation of players who are not employees or affiliates of NCSOFT.  We are sure you can understand how this issue should be important to NCSOFT.  Please correct these issues immediately.
