There has been a multitude of new cases of covid-19's new Delta variant. Many students, teachers, and families have been getting infected, mostly due to the new guidelines of having in-person schools with no option to do virtual learning. With our new mask mandate not being mandatory, many students don't feel safe and are ultimately waiting to get sick. With the number of new cases rising every day, it is not smart to have kids going to school. It would be the safest and best to have virtual learning for this school year.

With Texas's new guidelines and our independent school districts guidelines, we are 100% gonna see another year of quarantine unless we take action now and limit our exposure to one another.
