How many school shootings have there been in 2021? There has been at least 138 school shootings across the U.S. This is a sad reality our nations' schools have had to face for years now. Many schools have drills that attempt to prepare you for an intruder but now it seems as though we need one specifically for an active shooter. The purpose of this petition is to help bring attention to this unfortunate circumstance as well as try to establish a drill that will help keep students/staff safe and educated in the event that this could happen. It could make an impact if students show their support on this subject by signing this petition!
