Cork City council have invested in wonderful playgrounds and parks in Bishopstown, Ballincollig and Douglas yet have no public toilet facilities in any of these that are suitable and fit for purpose. Public toilets should be provided in these locations as a matter of priority. 

Many people who use these great amenities need to leave early if they need the bathroom. It is important for kids and their parents/carers to have decent facilities to use. From a public health point of view it would also be safer and more hygienic to have correct and proper facilities in these areas.
