Corinio Pruitt was unarmed in a car jacking which lead to an death of an elderly man 16 years ago. Mr.Pruitt was charged with the death penalty. The 1st Man on death row that was sentenced to death with a second degree murder charge. The "prosecuters" and "Judge" were well known of "misconducts" in there cases by the name of Amy Werich and Judge Chris Craft.
