Rail over is the best option as it will also provide recreational space and connectivity under the bridge.

There are several elderly people some with dementia that live there who have been given notice. How are these poor people going to cope. Absolutely criminal act.

Seaford line user, rail over is the best option, don't listen to a handful of NIMBYs over the needs of all the commuters in the southern half of the city

All this should have been done when the lines were shut when electric was put in place. I would like to see plans for both ideas but as a commuter I want to see as little disruption as possible.

The impact on the train service and road network for the underpass would be excessive when a valid alternative is clearly available.
