The Corbans Estate Arts Centre has contributed to the local community for years and on its website, says "Entry is free, and all are welcome." Pokemon players may not constitute what some consider to be the Estate's demographic, but we are members of the local community, not just the Pokemon community. Please reverse the decision to get rid of Pokemon gyms & pokestops so that all are welcome again. Not just the non-Pokemon playing members of the community.

I’m from Hamilton and have been up to Auckland to play Pokémongo and corbans has been one of the best highlights for the benefits it has as a player. The people we met were really awesome and couldn’t speak high enough of how it, at the time, felt like there was mutual respect of the players and the people who accomodate the buildings there. No mess left, no disruption to the property. Would love to see them back!

I'm signing because I love Corbans. I get to walk around doing my pokèloop and see some amazing things happening, things I wouldn't have known were there without my evening walks.

Corbans facilitates the spirit of community and expression through art. Local pokemon players are as much in need of that facilitation as any other visitors or residents of the complex.

Your story sounds very similar to our beloved Risongholme Park in Christchurch. The neighbour never even approached us to tone it down, instead told the council that we were loud and obnoxious, intimidating other Park goers and neighbours, all of which is untrue. We have always gone out of our way to make newcomers feel supported and welcome, including curious passerbys who stop to ask is what we're doing sitting on a wall at 10pm lol. I hope the West Auckland PoGo community have better luck than we did at getting your Park reinstated.

Pokemon Go has been a great way build links with people in the community I would never known outside of the game and discover they are pretty cool. Corbans has been a core part of this community.
