Petition Summary and Background:
We are petitioning the City of Coral Springs Commissioners to reject or quash the proposed Conditional Use Petition filed by Trulieve Inc., a Medical Marijuana Dispensary.  The City of Coral Springs previously approved, Fluent Cannabis Care, which is located 1 mile away from this proposed location, on University Drive. The proposed location backs up to a residential community comprised of families and children in the 33071 zip code. This type of business will bring increased traffic, crime and may negatively impact property value. It is expected to bring 20-60 cars an hour in and through our neighborhoods. This proposed business does not represent what brought many of us to the City of Coral Springs.

The Coral Springs residents in the surrounding area of the proposed location (10400 Atlantic Boulevard) request that the City Commissioners reject the Conditional Use Petition (Case Number: CA21-0005) that has been proposed by Trulieve Inc.
