Sanjay Sharma started this petition to Copyright Office of India and

This is a call to all the people out there to disband streaming T-Series music and video services for a certain amount of time to make them realize that they must stop abusing their power as a record label in the Indian Music Industry.

This is a fight against copyright infringement in the Indian music industry under the Copyright Act of 1957. This petition has been filed in order to raise awareness and support independent artists across India and different parts of the world who have become neglected victims of such abuse of power.

Issue: On 6th December 2019, a movie called "Pati Patni Aur Woh" was released which consisted of a song called "Udd Gaye" at 0:46:00. This song that plays during the scene clearly violates the bonafide artist/producers' (Ritviz) rights over his intellectual property as per the aforementioned Act and as per his claims as no credits for the usage of the mentioned song have been provided.

However, due to the monopoly of the T-Series Record Label over the Music Industry in India, it has made it extremely challenging for an independent artist to claim his/her legal rights.

So, I urge all to disband streaming T-Series for a month or at least for period of time to CHALLENGE THEIR ACTS OF ABUSE OF POWER IMMEDIATELY!!!
