A formal request of the Copper Creek Community HOA Board and ACS (Michelle Chapman) to meet in-person with the members of the community as soon as schedules will allow to discuss the following, but not limited to:
1. Plans and timeline for repairs needed to community amenities (specifically the pool)
2. Communication best practices between community members and board/ACS
3. Review of HOA By-laws and information members have the right to obtain and expectations for receipt
