With our current system of Class Ranking, students are ranked on solely their class rank. This means that students are rewarded for Study Halls and are punished for electives like Band, Orchestra, and Choir. Students who take AP Classes are also punished for Volunteer Work and Community Service seeing as how those give 4.0 credits. A new system should be created where the number of AP and non-AP classes benefit the student along with other credits such as those from Community Service.
